Before you email, the answers to the usual questions are below. I insisted.
I bought "Unlock Everything". How do I get it back on a new device?
The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID, so you never pay twice. On the new device:
- Open the game and go to the Shop.
- Tap Restore Purchase (under the Unlock Everything banner).
- Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. Everything unlocks immediately.
What does "Unlock Everything" actually include?
Every goofy hat, shirt, and tutu, every quote pack, every music pack, and every dream game, including new ones we add in future updates. It's the whole catalog, forever, for $3.99. Everything can also be earned with in-game credits by playing; the purchase just skips the wait.
Is my progress saved? Can I move it to another device?
Progress (days, credits, cosmetics) saves automatically on your device and rides along in device backups, so restoring a full backup onto a new phone brings it with you. There's no account system, so progress can't be synced between two devices, but your purchase can always be restored (see above).
Heads up: deleting the app deletes its save data.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments, so refunds go through them rather than us: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the purchase. Apple usually responds within a day or two.
The game has no sound!
Two things to check, in order:
- The in-game sound menu (the speaker icon on the day screen and in Just Games).
- Your volume while the game is open.
Still silent? Email us with your device model. That's one we want to hear about.
Does the game have ads or need an account?
No ads, no accounts, no sign-in, no energy timers. One optional purchase, and that's the entire business model. Details in the privacy policy.
What devices does it run on?
Any iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or later. The game plays in portrait.
